Welcome to Amble Travel. By using the ambletravel.app website or the Amble app (together, the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
Using the Service
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- Keep your account credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
- Don’t misuse the Service — no unlawful use, scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with its operation.
Travel information & planning
Amble provides travel guides and AI-generated itineraries and suggestions for your convenience. We work to keep them useful and accurate, but we can’t guarantee that opening hours, prices, availability, transport, or local conditions are current or correct. Always verify critical details (visas, bookings, safety, opening times) with official sources before you travel. You travel at your own discretion and risk.
Third-party links & bookings
The Service links to third-party sites and booking partners. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, products, prices or policies. Any booking you make is a contract between you and that provider. Some links are affiliate links — see our Affiliate disclosure.
Intellectual property
The Amble name, logo, guides, and app content are owned by Amble Travel and protected by law. You may read and share our guides for personal use, but you may not republish or resell our content without permission.
No warranty & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amble is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its information.
Changes
We may update these terms or the Service over time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
